For the first time in 5 weeks, we have a sunny weekend in Duluth! Ben and I took advantage of the nice weather and biked around downtown and check out W-treks (http://www.w-trek.com/) anniversary party. Our friend Nodin is the owner of W-Trek, which is an outdoor store specializing in camping and climbing gear. He had set up a slackline and 20 tents out by the boardwalk on display. After continuing to fail at slacklining, we headed out to get some beers and relax. We decided it was beautiful day to go canoeing, but didn't have much time before sunset, so we grabbed our fishing poles and went fishing in Hartley pond. Our friend Chris and Argos' girlfriend Ruby joined along. It may be a pond, but it was so much fun! It also amazingly beautiful. We didn't hook anything, but in the end it didn't matter at all. Some good friends are in town visiting so we ended the night going out with a group downtown. Today we had brunch at Luce and it's looking like we are going to be heading to the anchor for some cashew burgers!!! I'm pretty excited about this...
