I saw a good amount of segway action while in Chicago. Is this normal? It made my night coming home from dinner one evening. Thought I would share....

omg, they're everywhere in DC! I just think to myself, how embarrassing, everytime they whiz by...I also saw a women wipe out on one once...not safe...
