diorama-rama weekend.

I did everything I said I was going to do this weekend plus some. Including going to the Diorama-Rama where you can check out diorama's people have made the past year while listening to live music and enjoying a local beer. It took place at the beautiful Sacred Heart so it was very dim lit. The pictures didn't turn out that great but I couldn't resist sharing with you my two favorites. The one with the peeps reads: "the peeping peeper". Nice. Of Course there were many intricate and beautiful ones, but I guess I am easily amused by molded and dyed marshmallows....

Since I am not drinking this month, I got to be (lucky me) the sober cab which was desperately needed after a long night of dancing at the Red Star afterwards. It was night I hadn't experienced in a long time and one I will not easily forget. April: thanks for the memories.

As mentioned on Friday, Ben was winter camping in the Boundary Waters for the weekend. The morning he left I found that note (picture #2) in the kitchen.
