weekend.

This weekend I didn't take many photos (obviously). I was too busy running around trying to stay dry while hitting up sales, celebrating A + C's first house (!!!) and my anniversary with Ben, running my last 9 miles before Grandma's, and getting the house in order before guests come this week.

Usually on our anniversary Ben and I go all out and indulge on anything we can think of (food wise) without feeling guilty. For breakfast on Saturday we went to Bridgman's and ordered anything and everything we could want. It was a sick fatty fat meal but oh so delicious. He bought me the Alyson Fox necklace I had been wanting and I love it!! It looks great with my new Mociun tank (which by the way came in the mail so fast. Thanks Erin!). After breakfast we went to a pet store to just look at the animals they had. We saw the cutest turtles and ferrets, but I liked the yellow canaries best. Our evening was spent having another delicious meal at the Scenic Cafe. It's hard to believe we've been together for so long, but it truly has gone by so fast. I'm curious to see what the next 10 years has in store for us.

This next week is going to be a bit busy with friends coming in town, but I will have a few more posts to share including my first ever giveaway on Hello Lindello tomorrow!

meteor skirt in action.

My Mociun skirt came today and as promised here are some pics of it. Pay no attention to all the wrinkles (and double jointed knees). I took them rather quickly and I was so excited to switch up different looks. Of course I won't be wearing this skirt without tights for sometime now, but at least I can wear it around the house like this :)

I absolutely LOVE it. If your thinking about getting it, do it! It's so worth it. Even better than I imagined.

remember how i blogged about these awhile ago? well they finally went on sale and i bought myself an early birthday present....they are SO soft and comfy.

its been really hard to resist these end of summer sales. i also managed to buy this t shirt from one of my new favorite lines mociun. its designed by one of my favorite artists alyson fox so i just had too! i plan on wearing the shoes, the t-shirt, and this necklaces out soon.
